Effective date: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bismuth LLC, doing business as Aurolyne ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit aurolyne.com, buy from us, or contact us.

Information you give us:
Payment information: card numbers are entered directly into our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and are never stored on our systems. We receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the authorization result.
Information collected automatically:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who need it to do their job for us:
If our business is sold or merged, personal information may transfer to the acquirer as part of that transaction.
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies — including the Meta pixel and Google tags — to understand how our ads perform and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our products. Some of this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws, even though no money changes hands.
You can opt out by emailing support@aurolyne.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", by using the cookie controls on our website where available, or through your browser and device settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org/choices.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where we are required to, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request.
We send marketing emails only to people who opted in, and we keep a record of that consent. Every message identifies us by name and postal address and carries an unsubscribe link that stays valid for at least 60 days. We process unsubscribe requests immediately in practice and in all cases within 10 business days, as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will still send transactional messages about orders you have placed.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance at any time.
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations, which in the United States generally means 7 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, and support messages for 3 years. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
Our site uses TLS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. Access to personal information inside our business is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (including in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) may give you the right to:
Where we process sensitive personal information, you may also ask us to limit its use to what is necessary to provide you with the products and services you requested.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@aurolyne.com, or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer. We respond within 45 days and may extend that by a further 45 days where a request is complex, in which case we will tell you why. We may need to verify your identity first, usually by confirming details of a recent order. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for proof of their authority.
Right to appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the words "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will review the appeal and respond in writing, with our reasons, within 45 days. If we still decline, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General.
If you are in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent to its use at any time (which may mean we can no longer provide certain services to you). Email support@aurolyne.com.
Canadian personal information is stored and processed in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. authorities under U.S. law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or with a notice on the website.
