This website, aurolyne.com (the "Site"), is operated by Bismuth LLC, doing business as Aurolyne ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your use of the Site. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, which take precedence over these Terms on anything concerning an order. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also form part of our agreement with you.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. By using the Site you confirm you meet that requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.

If you send us a review, photograph, comment or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing, without compensation or attribution. You confirm the content is yours to give, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
We take care to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colours, images or other content are error-free, complete or current. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
Aurolyne products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are intended for external cosmetic use on the lips only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Our pH-reactive formula develops differently on each person, so the resulting shade varies from one individual to another. Results described in reviews or marketing reflect the experience of the individuals who reported them and are not a promise of the results you will obtain.
Before first use, do a patch test. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. Check the full ingredient list on the packaging if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Except where the law does not allow it, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bismuth LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bismuth LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer resident in Canada or in a U.S. state whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, nothing here removes that right.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@aurolyne.com. Most issues are resolved within a day or two, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
